WoodsPortal Open Access lets a configured HubSpot CMS page present selected HubSpot CRM objects and records without requiring a portal login.

Before you begin

  • Use a connected HubSpot account and the WoodsPortal Open Access CMS module.
  • Decide which object, properties, card fields, detail fields, and associations are safe and appropriate for public presentation.
  • Use safe test data before publishing.

Configure the module

  1. Open the intended HubSpot CMS page in the page editor.
  2. Add the WoodsPortal Open Access module.
  3. Choose the WoodsPortal Lite or Open Access data source.
  4. Add a standard or custom object and enter the correct HubSpot object identifier or internal name.
  5. Enter the property internal names required for the record list and record detail.
  6. Configure object labels, descriptive text, and card fields such as image, tag, title, description, button text, and button URL where needed.
  7. Enable and configure associated objects only when related records should appear.
  8. Configure the optional banner and presentation text.
  9. Preview the page with safe data, then publish through the normal HubSpot CMS process.

Visitor experience

  • Visitors can browse configured object categories and record lists without a WoodsPortal login.
  • The public record list supports search, sorting, and pagination.
  • Visitors can open configured record details and related-record sections.
  • Only data selected through the module and connected configuration should be exposed.

Rules and troubleshooting

  • Object and property internal names must match HubSpot exactly.
  • Treat the documented Open Access flow as read-only.
  • If records or fields are empty, verify identifiers, connected access, selected properties, and whether records are available to the public read service.
  • The supporting Lite repositories do not establish a second production app. https://app.woodsportal.com remains the only customer-facing production application.
