Switch between available hubs and portals

A user with access to more than one HubSpot account or customer portal can change the active context without creating another WoodsPortal account.

Switch context

  1. Sign in to the WoodsPortal administrator app or customer portal.
  2. Open the hub or portal selector.
  3. Choose an available HubSpot account when more than one hub is listed.
  4. Choose the customer portal you want to use.
  5. Confirm the active context before viewing or changing records.

What appears in the selector

  • Only hubs and portals granted to the signed-in user are shown.
  • Available portal choices come from the user’s contact access, invitation, role, and portal configuration.
  • Permissions can differ between portals even when the same account is used.

Troubleshooting

  • If a portal is missing, ask an administrator to confirm the HubSpot contact access property and WoodsPortal role.
  • If data appears to be missing, verify that the correct hub and portal are active before changing filters or configuration.
