Tenant administrators can manage multiple customer portals under a connected HubSpot account, choose the active portal, synchronize it, and open its configured customer-facing URL.

Create or select a portal

  1. Sign in to https://app.woodsportal.com and choose the correct HubSpot account.
  2. Open Customer portals.
  3. Select an existing portal or start the create flow.
  4. Complete the required portal information.
  5. Save the portal.
  6. Use the portal selector to make it the active administration context.

Synchronize a portal

  1. Start the available portal synchronization action.
  2. Open the jobs or notification surface.
  3. Wait for the synchronization to succeed or report an error.
  4. Review objects, properties, users, and access after completion.

Open the customer portal

  1. Use the available open-portal or open-domain action from the portal list.
  2. Confirm that the expected portal opens.
  3. Test the portal with a user whose role and contact access match the intended audience.
